Having been in the fire and security industry for over 16 years, there’s nobody better placed to head up Unique Fire Protection than our current Managing Director, Jonathan Confaloni. After studying for a Business Administration and Management apprenticeship, Jonathan joined his father’s company as a Service Engineer, learning how to be an engineer the ‘hard way’. Over the years, Jonathan acquired his extensive knowledge and skills through numerous industry and manufacturing based training courses, and by keeping fully conversant with the most current industry standards.

“I’ve always tried to surround myself with people of greater experience to learn from. Once I started to become more office based, I quickly began to develop my Sales and Management skills by learning from my previous employers and business mentors.”

In his role, Jonathan ensures that Unique Fire Protection continues to grow, through the development and implementation of strategic planning, coupled with the management of each team member.

Behind the scenes, Jonathan’s ethos is to offer impeccable levels of customer service, a core value that he instils in every employee.

Jonathan loves spending time with his family and friends. He is also a big rugby fan, and enjoys listening to rock guitar music. Having recently developed a taste for jazz, he hopes to visit New Orleans someday soon!

With over 20 years in the fire protection industry, our Sales Director Steve White is certainly well placed to offer advice and guidance to all our customers and clients.

Steve has always strived to offer good, sound and honest advice, based around the current British standards and UK legislation, and believes that you should only undertake tasks if you are qualified or competent enough to do so.

“In my opinion, there is no such thing as a ‘jack of all trades’, only professionals who are passionate about the trade or role that they are in.”

Key to the continuing success of Unique Fire Protection is that it is fundamentally built around creating alliances with partners and only employing a team that share the same beliefs that Steve has.

In his spare time, Steve is an avid Xbox gamer. He also loves to watch movies with his family, and socialize with friends, so when the world gets back to some ‘kind of normal’, you’ll be sure to see him out and about!
